The 2026 Alabama Public Service Commission election will be held on November 3, 2026, to elect the two associate members of the Alabama Public Service Commission to four-year terms. Primary elections will be held on May 19, 2026.[1]

[edit]Incumbent commissioner Chris Beeker Jr. resigned in September 2024 over health concerns. Governor Kay Ivey appointed his son, Chris Beeker III, as the replacement commissioner.[2][3]
