Photo/image requests

I've gone through and updated/sanitized our photo requests across Kentucky-related articles. We currently have approximately 1,100 such requests. As part of this, I have broken many requests down to the county level, although much more could be done this way. At any rate, see the "Current major backlogs" section on the front page for the most up-to-date total and link to a list of all requests.
