You are claiming on the image that you personally took the image and personally own the copyright to it. Copyright typically rests with the photographer, not the subject of the image or their organization, unless your contract with the photographer assigned copyright to someone else. If that's the case, or the photographer released the image with a copyright allowing for reuse by anyone for any purpose, you will need to go back to Commons and work with the editors there to adjust the image information to be accurate. If neither is the case, you will need to immediately without delay request deletion of the image. Images are not relevant to the draft process, which only considers the text and sources. Images can wait until a draft is accepted.

If your company took the image and owns the copyright, that means you personally do not as you are currently inadvertently claiming. You will need to go to Commons and work with the editors there to properly indicate that the company took and owns the copyright to the image but is releasing it for use by anyone for any purpose with attribution. 331dot (talk) 07:12, 15 March 2025 (UTC)[reply]

The image issue was only one very small aspect of the larger problems here. Please follow the instructions provided in the block notice above to make a formal unblock request for review by another administrator. I would suggest clicking "edit" at the top of the page or in the section header and not "reply" when doing so.

Hello DoubleGrazing, First of all I am sincerely sorry for my mistake in adding AI content while unblock appeal. And I promise, I will never do this again. And another thing is I am aware about the blocking reason which is voilation of wikipedia policy. But Now I have understand all these policies. That Image (File:Dr.Pramod_Tripathi.png) is deleted, and I have upload new image with the proper licensed which is Creative Commons Attribution 4.0. You can check at your end. Once again sorry for voilation of wikipedia policy. I will make another appeal, with 100% written by me.
