IP vandal

I am asking you to please monitor 65.17.169.60. It is the same IP you blocked about two weeks ago; and evidently they didn’t learn anything from it because I gave them a level 3 vandalism warning yesterday over it. They’ve been using messages such as “The edit could not be undone due to conflicting intermediate edits; if you wish to undo the change, it must be done manually.” (Emphasis mine) and they’ve been spamming articles with it and similar “automated” messages. Now I’m NOT asking you to block them yet, because they haven’t made any edits since I issued the warning. I’m just asking you to keep an eye on them. Thanks. Hello, I just want you to know that I (2603:8080:D03:89D4:0:0:0:0/64), spammed talk pages of vandalism-only accounts with sock blocks on January 3. Then I self-reverted the edits because I knew that they were not constructive. I just want editors and Checkusers to know that those accounts are sockpuppets of a known long-term abuser. I then checked my edit history with over 1000 edits since November 28 2022 and knew that this is just the first time that I vandalized user talk pages. 2600:100C:B017:2411:6033:FABB:813F:D2F5 (talk) 22:48, 7 January 2025 (UTC)

Blocked IP

I see that you blocked 99.46.139.248 for disruptive editing yesterday. I just saw that a new IP, 2603:3024:1258:E200:AC09:F481:6C26:B7E1, has appeared, with its first two edits being of a similar pattern. Compare the very first edit of the latter with these two edits of the former, and also the second edit of the latter with this edit of the former. WHOIS also shows rough geographic similarities. 83.223.250.154 i just caught this user reverting over and over again on the Pedro Sanchez article. so far he has done 5 reverts which means that he violated the three-revert rule. not only has he done that, he also accused others of being "immigrants" because of the edits that they reverted.
