- Wikipedia is not a business directory, so a company is not entitled to have a Wikipedia article just because it exists. All topics must be notable by Wikipedia's definition to merit inclusion. In the specific case of a company, it must meet the notability criteria for companies and organizations. For this to happen, the company must have already received significant coverage in multiple reliable and independent sources. We have no interest in what a company wishes to say about itself, as this is an inherent conflict of interest.
- Since you are employed by Walters Group, you are considered to be a paid editor and therefore must follow the mandatory paid editing disclosure policy. This involves openly and visibly disclosing the fact that you are paid by Walters Group for your work here. This policy applies even if you are not receiving specific payment to edit Wikipedia; your employment by itself is enough to trigger this policy.
- At their discretion, administrators might impose a condition for your unblock where you may not be permitted to edit topics related to your company in the short term. If they do, it is so that you can build up a constructive edit history and in doing so, become familiar with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Later, you may be permitted to edit about your company in a limited capacity using tools like the article wizard (to create new articles) and edit request wizard (for existing articles).
