The page as you recreated it is still extremely promotional. If you are the person you are writing about, or are connected to that person in any way, you should be careful to disclose that connection, and submit your article at Wikipedia:Articles for creation instead of directly creating it. reason : The Wikipedia page "Bhupendra Gurung" is for the martial artist/kungfu master of Nepal which i created is not only for advertising or promotion.
