This is my first "created" article, which was declined for the following reason: "not adequately supported by reliable sources." I think it needs more reliable sources. Can an experienced editor (or you) help me with polishing this article with more reliable sources (Although there is a references list)? Thanks.

Request for further assistance on Draft:Countermeasure (1974 film)

Dear BuySomeApples, I am cordially sorry for the mix up with messages - my mistake, and thank you for your guidance! This movie was made in Ukraine and candidly depicted despicable working conditions in the Soviet Union and drastic failures of Moscow officialdom in domestic and international affairs. Ukrainian sources are harder to reach now. Two Moscow based reviews are available, although they are rather long. A brief summary of each is now added to the article. Request for Clarification

Hi @BuySomeApples, I sent a message about a declined article draft I submitted for review, but am not sure you saw it, so: posting a topic here, and hope that is ok. The subject is obviously notable (among the most cited scholars in his department, which is why another editor had initially redlinked the bio entry for creation) but I notice some extra references were added after I first submitted my draft - could you indicate which references you objected to, so I can revise and resubmit for your review? Hi @Elmut.groetzi-genf: I did, thanks for editing it! The main problem is that almost all of the references are to articles written by Roberto Foa. These should be removed and the references should mostly be sources that talk about him but were written by other people. Articles that don't mention him should also be removed. The decline message at the top of the article has links to pages that explain Wikipedia's policies. You should definitely check these out because they tell you basically everything you need to know about making a Wikipedia page. BuySomeApples (talk) 19:50, 26 January 2025 (UTC)

Source notability

Hi @BuySomeApples.

I recently resubmitted my wikipedia edit for the third time. You declined because of issues with sources (notability, reliability, secondary, etc.). I fixed this issue by removing the youtube and fandom sources, as well as adding secondary, non-bias articles to my wikipedia submission. I am guessing I am missing a citation somewhere, but please let me know anyway what I could do to fix this.
