[edit] Hi Bloomagiliw! I noticed that you recently marked an edit as minor at Colet (singer) that may not have been. "Minor edit" has a specific definition on Wikipedia—it refers only to superficial edits that could never be the subject of a dispute, such as typo corrections or reverting obvious vandalism. Any edit that changes the meaning of an article is not a minor edit, even if it only concerns a single word. Thank you. AstrooKai (Talk) 22:24, 11 November 2024 (UTC)

[edit]Thanks for your upload to Wikipedia:
You provided a source, but it is difficult for other users to examine the copyright status of the image because the source is incomplete or generic. Please consider clarifying the exact source so that the copyright status may be checked more easily. It is best to specify the exact source (such as the web page, or printed document) where you found the image, rather than only giving the source domain, search engine, pinboard, aggregator, or the direct/bare URL of the image file itself. Please update the image description with a URL that will be more helpful to other users in determining the copyright status.
If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their source in a complete manner. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link. If you have any questions please ask them at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. Thank you. Royiswariii Talk! 05:28, 29 November 2024 (UTC)

File source problem with File:Colet Vergara singing successive lines live while dancing (June 2024).ogg
[edit]
Thank you for uploading File:Colet Vergara singing successive lines live while dancing (June 2024).ogg. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, please add a link to the page from which it was taken, together with a brief restatement of the website's terms of use of its content. If the original copyright holder is a party unaffiliated with the website, that author should also be credited. Please add this information by editing the image description page.
If the necessary information is not added within the next seven days, the image will be deleted. If the file is already gone, you can still make a request for undeletion and ask for a chance to fix the problem.
Please refer to the image use policy to learn what images you can or cannot upload on Wikipedia. Please also check any other files you have uploaded to make sure they are correctly tagged. Here is a list of your uploads. If you have any questions or are in need of assistance please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. ROY is WAR Talk! 04:17, 11 February 2025 (UTC)

Your GA nomination of Maharani (song)
[edit]Hi there, I'm pleased to inform you that I've begun reviewing the article Maharani (song) you nominated for GA-status according to the criteria. This process may take up to 7 days. Feel free to contact me with any questions or comments you might have during this period. Message delivered by ChristieBot, on behalf of Arconning -- Arconning (talk) 02:05, 15 March 2025 (UTC)
Hello there! I was just going by the page for "The Giver" and noticed that you've added an audio sample to it, File:Chappell Roan - "The Giver" first chorus.mp3, which does not comply with the guidelines for non-free audio samples over at WP:SAMPLE. Specifically, the audio sample is both of too-high quality, being far above the expected 64kbps range at 128kbps, and is too long — for a song that is 3:22, the maximum length of a sample can only be 20 seconds, or 10% of that. I'm not sure if you've also uploaded other audio samples, but this standard applies to any which is uploaded in order to avoid copyright issues. Hope this finds you well, and that you can go through and give it a proper fix :) Leafy46 (talk) 21:10, 16 March 2025 (UTC)
- Hm, okay. I'll fix it. (As for the length, I sincerely thought that any sample under 30 seconds is fine, based on the descriptions I saw on other audio samples.) Just give a moment. Bloomagiliw (talk) 21:18, 16 March 2025 (UTC)
- Updated the sample. Hope it's okay now. Bloomagiliw (talk) 23:32, 16 March 2025 (UTC)
- The file page still says that the audio file is 128 kbps, but at least to my ear the audio quality is noticeably compressed. I'm satisfied personally, but hopefully people won't complain about the quality being above 64 kbps. Leafy46 (talk) 02:19, 17 March 2025 (UTC)

[edit] Hello. Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. I noticed that one or more recent edit(s) you made did not have an edit summary. You can use the edit summary field to explain your reasoning for an edit, or to provide a description of what the edit changes. Summaries save time for other editors and reduce the chances that your edit will be misunderstood. For some edits, an adequate summary may be quite brief.
The edit summary field looks like this:
Edit summary (Briefly describe your changes)
Please provide an edit summary for every edit you make. With a Wikipedia account, you can give yourself a reminder by setting Preferences → Editing → Prompt me when entering a blank edit summary (or the default undo summary), and then click the "Save" button.

Disputed non-free use rationale for File:Chappell Roan - "The Giver" first chorus.mp3
[edit]
Thank you for uploading File:Chappell Roan - "The Giver" first chorus.mp3. However, there is a concern that the rationale provided for using this file on Wikipedia may not meet the criteria required by Wikipedia:Non-free content. This can be corrected by going to the file description page and adding or clarifying the reason why the file qualifies under this policy. Adding and completing one of the templates available from Wikipedia:Non-free use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your file is in compliance with Wikipedia policy. Please be aware that a non-free use rationale is not the same as an image copyright tag; descriptions for files used under the non-free content policy require both a copyright tag and a non-free use rationale.
If it is determined that the file does not qualify under the non-free content policy, it might be deleted by an administrator seven days after the file was tagged in accordance with section F7 of the criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions, please ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thank you. voorts (talk/contributions) 03:01, 2 April 2025 (UTC)
