Caught by an open proxy block but this host or IP is not an open proxy. My IP address is 78.172.86.130. As of 22 February 2025, I added {{db-blocked}} to User talk:223.134.192.212, then reported to AIV with IP 223.134.192.212 with reason LTA MAB, but triggered filter 1319 and bot-reported to me and then falsely blocked from editing.
