Speedy deletion nomination of Tattelecom

I am copying your question from Talk:Tattelecom here, as discussions should not be held on the talk pages of articles which do not exist, and that page will shortly be deleted. I understand that copyright text cannot be published. But article of that text wasn't copied fully. The article is result of my works, it has original parts. Now I should start write again, spend hours time again for this work. But if you would give me opportunity to change that version, process would be more effective.
