In this page 夜しかもう眠れずに is translated as "I can't sleep at night" but my understanding of しか is that it means "only" when paired with a negative verb (ref). So it seems to say "Now, I can only sleep at night" or "I can't sleep anymore, except at night." This interpretation is confirmed by DeepL, etc. Can anyone confirm? That is correct. The English translation used in the subtitles for the official music video is "Now at night I only sleep." Also, in the interview referenced in that section, n-buna states that 「夜しかもう眠れずに」is a rewording of「夜しか眠れない」, which is more straightforward and clearly refers to only being able to sleep at night.
The original version of this page used the translation "I can only sleep at night" until it was edited on 2024-10-07. The edited translation "I can't sleep at night" is the result of translating 「夜しかもう眠れずに」using Google Translate, which in this case is incorrect. I have reverted the page to use the original translation. 2603:8080:13F0:9D20:B4F6:F657:6292:EB0D (talk) 03:41, 16 February 2025 (UTC)[reply]
