More true statements than listed on the "List"?

[edit]

There are extra true coincidences not covered on the initial list. Should we add them to the list? 173.8.54.145 (talk) 13:36, 27 February 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Booth was Not a Southerner?

[edit]

The article states that Booth was NOT a Southerner because he was born in Maryland, which was a Union state. Usually, the definition of "Southerner" is whether you are born south of the Mason-Dixon line. And Maryland is south of the Mason-Dixon line. Lincoln was partially responsible for forcing Maryland not to secede. At the beginning of a the civil war, Maryland was a slave state. I do not really know how to edit Wikipedia, but I think this should be changed. Booth was a Southerner. Philip Tymon (talk) 08:17, 24 March 2025 (UTC)[reply]

It's cited to a reliable source, which is Wikipedia's standard for inclusion, not one person's personal opinion. You need to give us an equally reliable source. Sundayclose (talk) 15:02, 24 March 2025 (UTC)[reply]
