Welcome to the WikiProject Somalia! This group was formed to better organize articles on Somalia.

Goals

  • To create and maintain information on Somalia, including history, culture, and geography.
  • To provide complete coverage of Somalia by expanding articles related to the country.
  • To create guidelines and maintain standards for pages involving Somalia.
  • To work to bring Somalia articles to the highest quality possible.

Scope

This group includes within its scope all articles related to Somalia, its cities, geography, transportation, culture, history and so on. It aims to expand Wikipedia's resources on Somalia in a fair and accurate manner. All of these articles should be contained within the Category:Somalia or one of its subcategories.

Resource Hub

This is a new section where contributors can share important resources for the Wiki-project Somalia: A lot of amazing images of the country and the capital of Mogadishu are currently available on PEXELS, which is a copyright-free image resource hub.
