Review section
[edit]As noted in December 2021 by Hurricane Noah, this 2008 FA has several problems:
- Some text is uncited
- There is no coverage of post-2008 recovery from the hurricane at all.
- There is a significant amount of high-quality academic literature which is not cited by the article.

- Move to FARC per above; I am concerned about the other 14 early hurricane/typhoon/tropical storm FAs listed at WP:FARGIVEN as well, although some may be in better shape. It would be nice if we could get an organized eye on those; I would hope that at least a good chunk of them would be salvagable like Hurricane Claudette (2003) was.
