Vulcanibacillus is a genus of bacteria from the family of Bacillaceae with one known species (Vulcanibacillus modesticaldus).[1][3] Vulcanibacillus modesticaldus has been isolated from a hydrothermal vent from the Rainbow Vent Field.[4][5][6]
