@ArkodipH: What thing are you talking about that look very broken? And why are you zoomed in to a route diagram template? The diagrams are intended to be viewed with icons only 20 pixels in height?
Also, according to Purple Line (Kolkata Metro), "The proposed Esplanade station will not be the same as that of the Blue Line but a different station that will also serve the Green Line" which means that your version is wrong and the revised configuration at Template:Kolkata Metro Purple Line is in fact correct. Updated based on what you said. By the way how green line esplanade station and purple line esplanade station building will be same? when green line esplanade station bulit at Curzon park and purple line esplanade station will be built at Bidhan market. Considering splitting a template, requesting feedback

Hi, I have been seriously considering splitting Template:Rock Island District in two and wanted your feedback. In my biased point of view, the benefits outweigh the concerns, so I thought I would explain my reasoning to you because you are the most experienced RDT editor I am aware of.

On one hand, there is only one page for the Rock Island District as a whole, and the Main Line and Beverly Branch services share printed and online timetables.
On the other hand, Metra has taken steps to identify the two services as separate, with separate colors, and separate line icons, and separate proposed name changes.
Additionally, speaking strictly in the sense of RDTs, the existing template is double sided, while the two separate ones I have created in my sandbox are both single sided, helping with ease of reading. I have also created a new RDT segment that is fully compatible with the two color sets that best match the new icons. (Even if the template were to stay as one, a template for a proposed line still uses the segment, so it was not created in vain.)

I would greatly appreciate your feedback as to whether or not I should split the template. It would be easy enough for me to do it myself, but if doing so would be a bad idea, at least I would get feedback before creating the template.
