- Don't be afraid to edit! Just find something that can be improved and make it better. Other editors will help fix any mistakes you make.
- It's normal to feel a little overwhelmed, but don't worry if you don't understand everything at first—it's fine to edit using common sense.
- If an edit you make is reverted, you can discuss the issue at the article's talk page. Be civil, and don't restore the edit unless there is consensus.
- Always use edit summaries to explain your changes.
- When adding new content to an article, always include a citation to a reliable source.
- If you wish to edit about a subject with which you are affiliated, read our conflict of interest guide and disclose your connection.
- Have fun! Your presence in the Wikipedia community is welcome.

June 2025
[edit] Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. We appreciate your contributions; however, it appears you may have written a draft for a Wikipedia article about yourself, at User:S.Aslani2025/Sandbox. Creating an autobiography is strongly discouraged – please see our guideline on writing autobiographies. If you create such an article, it may be deleted. If what you have done in life is genuinely notable and can be verified according to our policy for articles about living people, someone else will probably create an article about you sooner or later. If you wish to add to or change an existing article about yourself, you are welcome to propose the changes by visiting the article's talk page. Please understand that this is an encyclopedia and not a personal web space or social networking site. If your article has already been deleted, please see: Why was the page I created deleted?, and if you feel the deletion was an error, please discuss this with the deleting administrator. Thank you. Request for guidance on QashqAI Voice draft
[edit]Dear Belbury,
Thank you for your kind message. I’m the founder of the QashqAI Voice initiative — a multilingual, non-commercial, AI-powered project officially acknowledged by OpenAI and recently submitted to UNESCO under the 2003 Convention on the Safeguarding of Intangible Cultural Heritage.
If the draft article about QashqAI Voice was removed due to notability concerns or formatting issues, I would greatly appreciate your advice on how to improve it and resubmit in line with Wikipedia’s standards. I can provide reliable sources, academic references, and links to public archives and GitHub repositories confirming its impact and public interest.
I look forward to your kind guidance.
Warm regards, S.Aslani2025 S.Aslani2025 (talk) 16:23, 24 June 2025 (UTC)

Managing a conflict of interest
[edit] Hello, S.Aslani2025. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places or things you have written about on Wikipedia, you may have a conflict of interest (COI). Editors with a conflict of interest may be unduly influenced by their connection to the topic. See the conflict of interest guideline and FAQ for article subjects for more information. We ask that you:
- avoid editing or creating articles about yourself, your family, friends, colleagues, company, organization, clients, or competitors;
- propose changes on the talk pages of affected articles (you can use the {{edit COI}} template), including links or details of reliable sources that support your suggestions;
- disclose your conflict of interest when discussing affected articles (see Wikipedia:Conflict of interest § How to disclose a COI);
- avoid linking to your organization's website in other articles (see Wikipedia:Spam § External link spamming);
- do your best to comply with Wikipedia's content policies.
In addition, you are required by the Wikimedia Foundation's terms of use to disclose your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution which forms all or part of work for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation. See Wikipedia:Paid-contribution disclosure.
Also, editing for the purpose of advertising, publicizing, or promoting anyone or anything is not permitted. Thank you. DoubleGrazing (talk) 17:19, 24 June 2025 (UTC)
Thank you for your message and your concern regarding conflict of interest. I confirm that I am the founder of the “QashqAI Voice” project and that is why I submitted the draft myself. I fully understand Wikipedia’s COI guidelines and I am happy to work collaboratively with neutral editors to ensure the article meets all required standards.
I do not intend to promote or advertise — only to document a notable initiative that is now referenced by international organizations such as OpenAI and UNESCO.
I welcome any improvements, suggestions, or even a takeover by independent editors.
Best regards, S.Asalani2025 S.Aslani2025 (talk) 17:31, 24 June 2025 (UTC)
