A cup of hot chocolate for you!
Gommeh (talk · contribs) has given you a large mug of hot chocolate, for assisting with a very messy article, Template:Uw-gaming1. Hot Chocolate somehow promotes WikiLove and hopefully this has made your day better. Spread the WikiLove by giving someone else a mug of Hot Chocolate, whether it be someone you have had disagreements with in the past or someone putting up with some stick at this time. Enjoy!

Articles for creation: CSOP Asset Management
[edit]Dear reviewer
The draft cites mostly independent and renowned business reporting sources and official exchange press releases. I wonder what kinds of sources could be verified as notability apart from these. I am grateful if you could give me some specific advice and examples. Thanks! Maggie JL (talk) 07:19, 3 June 2025 (UTC)
Help with the post feedback on RentMacha
[edit]Hi Claudine,
Would need help to understand how to get the article on RentMacha live - https://www.rentmacha.com It is a company similar to this one - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Furlenco
Would you suggest we follow a similar script? Also any specific example you could share that might serve as a reference to make the edit worthy of Wikipedia guidelines.
Thank you for your help! Appreciate your inputs and support! Lumenark (talk) 13:47, 15 June 2025 (UTC)
- Lumenark: I assume you are referring to the draft RentMacha.com that I declined, not another draft that I haven't seen yet. The fundamental question you should ask is not, "What do I do to get this included?" but, "Does this belong in an encyclopaedia in the first place?" Wikipedia is not a business directory or advertising platform and we're not interested in promotional content or routine business activities. When I assess drafts about companies or organisations, what I want to know is: What can reliable sources tell me about this organisation that I won't find on its own website or social media, press releases, or promotional interviews? Do these sources demonstrate that the organisation meets the notability criteria for companies and organisations? Please follow that link to read the detailed explanation of the criteria. What sources do you have to support the inclusion of this company? — ClaudineChionh (she/her · talk · email · global) 01:19, 17 June 2025 (UTC)
Speedy deletion declined: Mailah Baldemor
[edit]Hello ClaudineChionh. I am just letting you know that I declined the speedy deletion of Mailah Baldemor, a page you tagged for speedy deletion, because of the following concern: The article makes a credible assertion of importance or significance, sufficient to pass A7. Thank you. ThadeusOfNazereth(he/him)Talk to Me! 13:03, 17 June 2025 (UTC)
- @ThadeusOfNazereth: Thanks for the note (and I did mean to reply earlier!) I think my PEACOCK filter (which may need recalibration) may have caused me to judge this too hastily. ClaudineChionh (she/her · talk · email · global) 13:29, 19 June 2025 (UTC)
- All good! I'm not sure she will actually pass GNG if it were fully evaluated, but my reading of the NSAC and the discussion of her influence on other artists was enough to not delete speedily. ThadeusOfNazereth(he/him)Talk to Me! 13:57, 19 June 2025 (UTC)
Question on the English Invasion of Acadia (1654)
[edit]Hi Claudine.
1st of all I love that Trout template. It makes me think you can be both serious and fun.
2nd thank you for the work you do on vandalism. One of the articles I work on has been vandalized a lot lately. I really appreciate what you anti vandal editors do. I think one thing all dedicated editors can agree on is that we hate vandalism.
3rd I saw that you are working on assessing my newest article. Thank you. Please let me know if you have any questions or if I can be of any assistance to you. (: Historyguy1138 (talk) 02:22, 24 June 2025 (UTC)
- You're welcome, and thank you for your efforts! I came across this while reviewing recently accepted articles and do enjoy reading about historical events that I knew nothing about. The only major change I'm going to make is to rename it to English invasion of Acadia – sentence case per Wikipedia:Manual of Style § Article titles, sections, and headings, and I don't think there were any other English invasions of Acadia (?) so the year isn't needed in the title. Correct me if I'm wrong on that one! ClaudineChionh (she/her · talk · email · global) 02:29, 24 June 2025 (UTC)
- Huzzah a fellow lover of history and culture. Excellent. Which periods/people/events do you enjoy studying? Have you made or helped edit any articles yourself as of yet?
- There actually were several most of them took place during the French and Indian Wars. But one that took place as an invasion by itself was Samuel Argall who invaded in 1613 Samuel Argall#Raid on Acadia. Sadly this does not have its very own article yet. Perhaps someday I will look into if I can find some extensive sources. But right now I am wrapping up 3 articles on Fijian history.
- This article was partially created for the List of Colonial American Wars in the 17th century and its related articles so the 1613 Samuel Argall#Raid on Acadia and the 1654 raid are actually very useful in terms of name for this reason. Both are on that list. (: Historyguy1138 (talk) 02:36, 24 June 2025 (UTC)
- I actually would request that you change the title back please and thank you. Specifically to distinguish between the 1613 and 1710 invasions and for the sake of the List of Colonial American Wars in the 17th century and the List of wars involving England articles please. 😅Thanks. (: Historyguy1138 (talk) 02:48, 24 June 2025 (UTC)
- I've moved it to English invasion of Acadia (1654) to keep it in sentence case and am now going to clean up any messes I might have left...
- I studied Australian history and modern British history at university, but that was a while ago and I'm always learning more thanks to Wikipedia 🙂 ClaudineChionh (she/her · talk · email · global) 02:53, 24 June 2025 (UTC)
- Thank you so much for your kindness and humility, and thank you for your reviews. I can see by your chat that you do a thank less job and people automatically take the "ah your picking on me approach" frankly they seem immature and you handle yourself like an adult. Thank you for all that you do. I salute you. 🫡
- Oooooh very cool. I have a general knowledge of European history, modern history, and world history, but my speciality is American history and theology.
- And I see you are a Polyglot wow color me impressed. Tell me are you a fan of tolkein?
- I also see you speak multiple languages. That is amazing. Actually speaking of that I must ask you are you at all familiar with Russian history. There is one particular area in Russian and Chinese history that I am looking into, but I am not sure if there are many articles about it in English. Historyguy1138 (talk) 03:04, 24 June 2025 (UTC)
- Thanks for your patience! I'm really more of a dabbler than a proper polyglot – I classify my level-1 languages as "can read very slowly, with a dictionary". I am very much out of Tolkien's league!
- I have read some Russian and Chinese history, but I haven't done much editing in those areas and haven't really kept up with the research. ClaudineChionh (she/her · talk · email · global) 03:20, 24 June 2025 (UTC)
- Well in any case thank you for the hard work you do.
- "I am very much out of Tolkien's league!" As am I, but then again linguistically you are out of mine. :D
- To any degree familiar with the October 9th 1911 bombing of the Russian Concession in Hankou and the subsequent Battle of Yangxia during the Wuchang Uprising? (: Historyguy1138 (talk) 03:25, 24 June 2025 (UTC)
- Sorry, I can't help you with those! First half of the twentieth century is a bit of a knowledge gap for me, even though I've read a fair bit on the nineteenth century and on post-WWII. ClaudineChionh (she/her · talk · email · global) 03:31, 24 June 2025 (UTC)
- Ah very good. No worries. Thank you for everything.
- Please if there is anything I can help you with feel free to reach out. Always happy to help the anti vandal editors. Don't be a stranger.
- You rock. (; Historyguy1138 (talk) 03:35, 24 June 2025 (UTC)

Goodenough was a protestant, as he wrote the book Witness to Grace
[edit]Witness to Grace
John B. Goodenough America Star Books, 2008 - Religion - 85 pages A personal story of awakening to the beauty of holiness, the art of metaphor, the sacredness of dialogue, meaning in service to that which is eternal, and the reality of Evil, this book also chronicles a struggle to find a calling to a career in the science of the solid state, a career that brought together physics, chemistry and engineering. The author leaves to the reader the decision as to what was the result of chance and what was the leading of the Spirit of Love.

Speedy deletion nomination of User talk:Digitalai25
[edit]
If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on User talk:Digitalai25, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, group, product, service, person, or point of view and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. 45dogs (they/them) (talk) 04:37, 16 July 2025 (UTC)

New page reviewer granted
[edit]
Hi ClaudineChionh, I just wanted to let you know that I have added the new page reviewer user right to your account. This means you now have access to the page curation tools and can start patrolling pages from the new pages feed. If you asked for this at requests for permissions, please check back there to see if your access is time-limited or if there are other comments.
This is a good time to re-acquaint yourself with the guidance at Wikipedia:New pages patrol. Before you get started, please take the time to:
- Add Wikipedia talk:New pages patrol/Reviewers to your watchlist to follow NPP-related discussions
- If you use Twinkle, configure it to log your CSDs and PRODs
- If you can read any languages other than English, add yourself to the list of reviewers with language proficiencies
You can find a list of other useful links and tools for patrollers at Wikipedia:New pages patrol/Resources. If you are ever unsure what to do, ask your fellow patrollers or just leave the page for someone else to review – you're not alone! Extraordinary Writ (talk) 09:12, 27 July 2025 (UTC)
