Thank you for your note! My first Christmas story is about Gelobet seist du, Jesu Christ, BWV 91, 300 years today, and its song, 500 years old. Enjoy the season! -- Gerda Arendt (talk) 18:30, 25 December 2024 (UTC)

[edit]Hello! All of these edits of yours are inappropriate and can only lead to confusion. Not all rulers are kings or reigning queens. You have misinterpreted the guideline, redefined the subject and caused damage. Please reverse all of that! SergeWoodzing (talk) 17:59, 31 December 2024 (UTC)
- I see no action by you on this. Will wait a bit longer before making this a more official issue. --SergeWoodzing (talk) 10:56, 1 January 2025 (UTC)
- Why are you still doing this? Please stop it and correct all the damage you have done to the short description of many articles. Final warning. --SergeWoodzing (talk) 10:34, 2 January 2025 (UTC)
- Per WP:SDNOTDEF, short definitions should avoid duplicating information that is already in the title. Векочел (talk) 15:36, 2 January 2025 (UTC)
- That does not men they should be changed so that they include incorrect information. I informed you above that all rulers ar not kings. You are still warned about doing lots of damage with this, misleading readers, and it now looks like intentional damage - much worse - not that you've just misunderstood the guideline. This is like intentionally changing an actor's decription from actor to entertainment person, or an apple to fruit. Stop doing it and correct the damage you've done! --SergeWoodzing (talk) 10:47, 4 January 2025 (UTC)

[edit]We don't just revert things like we want them personally, like you did herem withiut disciussing first. Use article talk pages for what they are intended. Opinions in edit summaries do not lead to consensus. I would have thought you knew better. SergeWoodzing (talk) 10:54, 1 January 2025 (UTC)

[edit]Plese stop doing things like this! If you don't like the name of an article, you can try a move request. In the meantime, don't let your own personal tastes influence your Wikipedia work like the example shows. That kind of thing is not what we are here to do. Most importantly, in this partucular case, readers of English normally do not know how to pronounce Albrecht. Wikipedia articles are meant to be as readable as possible, even orally. That's an important reason why the article name is Albert. Leave things like that alone! SergeWoodzing (talk) 22:14, 12 January 2025 (UTC)
- The name Albrecht was already listed in the article. All I did was to change the pipe from Albrecht II of Mecklenburg to Albrecht II, Duke of Mecklenburg. If you don't like it, you can change it. Векочел (talk) 22:50, 12 January 2025 (UTC)
- You changed the dab link from "Albert" to "Albrecht" according to the link above. Please don't do things like that! --SergeWoodzing (talk) 22:58, 12 January 2025 (UTC)
- The link was directed to the page titled Albert, but the text visible to readers was Albrecht of Mecklenburg before I changed it. Anyway, I will make a greater effort in the future to use the English names except where the sources commonly use the native names. Векочел (talk) 23:02, 12 January 2025 (UTC)

Image size
[edit]I see that you have changed upright to px on John, King of England. Please note the comment in Help:Pictures: "Normally the size should be specified as a value relative to the user's preferred base size, using the |upright= parameter rather than pixel values." The article Khalid bin Saud Al Saud (disambiguation) has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
Disambiguation page not required (WP:ONEOTHER). Primary topic article has a hatnote to the only other use.
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Shhhnotsoloud (talk) 09:36, 2 February 2025 (UTC)
