I have Easter Oratorio on the main page, but of course told the story, which is admittedly complex, on Easter Sunday for the music's 300th anniversary. - Thank you for your support! --Gerda Arendt (talk) 22:12, 7 June 2025 (UTC)
Stravinsky pictured on his birthday + Vienna pics - but too many who died + I have a "defiant" cantata up for GA --Gerda Arendt (talk) 18:58, 17 June 2025 (UTC)
- @Gerda Arendt I see that the article Es ist ein trotzig und verzagt Ding, BWV 176 has already been taken up for GA by another user. In any case, I'm presently semi-active here. Hopefully, we'll collaborate soon. Regards. MSincccc (talk) 15:43, 18 June 2025 (UTC)

Regarding the recent removal at the UK monarch's overseas trips article
[edit]Hi MSincccc. Since you have removed my recent addition on his trip to Sabah based on the reason of "weak source" (from the source that is published by The Borneo Post, one of the English dailies covering the daily issues in East Malaysia), can you help me to elaborate further on the details of that trip with a stronger source that you considered (anything that you can find on the web)? Since the table itself mentions their two destinations of Kuala Lumpur and Sabah in Malaysia, but almost everything in the description details his visit to the Kuala Lumpur part in West Malaysia and not even a single one to Sabah in East Malaysia. If there is none, then it is better to remove "Sabah" since it only left readers to wonder what they are going there for. Regards. Ṉight Ḻantern 🏮 04:12, 5 July 2025 (UTC)
- I removed the Sabah bit as the 2015 source was retrospective and vague about their activities. The rest of the section details Kuala Lumpur, so the brief, unclear Sabah mention felt trivial and potentially confusing. Regards. MSincccc (talk) 05:04, 5 July 2025 (UTC)
- @MSincccc: The 2015 source by TBP (accessed via PressReader) did mention in its text on the first paragraph that Prince William and wife Catherine visited Sabah three years ago (in 2012). I agree with you on that part of the news that explains little details on their tour in the first link since the news topics are mostly toward the Pinakol beadwork part. While the second source is directly through the TBP official link website, describing their visit to the Danum Valley Conservation Area. I beg your pardon for asking you to help me replace the source with any UK news website since you consider both of the sources from the media in the region they visit as weak. If none, then I guess I should remove the link to Sabah and leave only Kuala Lumpur on the 13–15 September visit since it is further confusing when there is no destination described in the description regarding the Sabah region, although they did visit that particular place in that year. Thank you, and apologies for bothering you anyway. Regards. Ṉight Ḻantern 🏮 05:38, 5 July 2025 (UTC)
- I’ve just come across a BBC News article mentioning the visit to Danum Valley, so I’ve added it to the article. Let me know if you have any further suggestions in future – they’re much appreciated. Thanks, MSincccc (talk) 07:14, 5 July 2025 (UTC)

Check out my talk, - if you have little time, listen to Gilda Cruz-Romo in the final scene of Aida, if you have more read her article, and if you have still more check out my music, some sung with me in choir, some played by friends, all heard with friends. --Gerda Arendt (talk) 16:27, 8 July 2025 (UTC)
Three Ukrainian topics were on the main page today, at least at the beginning, RD and DYK, - see my talk. --Gerda Arendt (talk) 17:18, 20 July 2025 (UTC)
Three of "my" recent deaths bios are on the main page right now, one my story today, Gary Karr, and I loved to find his breakthrough concert in 1962 as a video. In my music today I match it with 9 other double bassists, 7 conducted by a person who's birthday is today - coincidence ;) - Thank you for reviewing the FAC! --Gerda Arendt (talk) 19:11, 23 July 2025 (UTC)
Béatrice Uria-Monzon and her story, Julia Hagen and her no story --Gerda Arendt (talk) 20:53, 26 July 2025 (UTC)
On Bach's day of death, I decorated my user pages in memory, with his music, and my story ends on "peace". --Gerda Arendt (talk) 11:03, 28 July 2025 (UTC)
Useless edits
[edit]I previously spoke to you about cosmetic edits that do not change the page output. Edits like this one: [1] are pointless. They have no impact on the output and the bot will simply come along later and undo the edit anyway. The url-status parameter is deprecated when there is no archive-url. That is why the bot consistently removes that parameter. Celia Homeford (talk) 15:03, 16 July 2025 (UTC)
- ...when there is no archive-url.
Thank you, @Celia Homeford, for pointing that out. I’ve now archived the URL in that reference. It's because of you (and Keivan and a few others) that I’ve come to realise one should make revisions only when needed, not just for the sake of it. Please keep contributing as you do. Regards. Minors names
[edit]Thank you for your edit on the Olivia Grosvenor page. Can you show me the link to the policy where we should not use minors names in their parent's pages? Thank you. GrandDukeMarcelo (talk) 09:10, 28 July 2025 (UTC)
- WP:BLPNAME:
- This is generally interpreted by the community to include the removal of names of non-notable minors from articles about their notable family members, such as when a notable individual births or sires a non-notable minor. Notability is not presumed or inherited with extremely limited exception (such as heir to a throne or similar). MSincccc (talk) 09:29, 28 July 2025 (UTC)
