What do you use to revert vandalism?

To catch vandalism, I use AntiVandal. Otherwise, I'll use RedWarn or Twinkle if I didn't issue a warning or revert a page with AntiVandal.

Do you have plans to create pages?

Not on the mainspace of Wikipedia.
