Feedback from New Page Review process
[edit]I left the following feedback for the creator/future reviewers while reviewing this article: Nice spot for your new article. I tagged this as 'sufficient sources exist', but looking closer, I see the announcement was only made today, so all there is to go right now seems to be the original press release. There should be a lot more material available in the next few weeks.

- @Bastun, we've gotten a few more sources now, thanks to @AFC Vixen, and I'm sure there will be more very soon. Omnis Scientia (talk) 04:06, 30 October 2024 (UTC)
"See also" section
[edit]@Jeff in CA and Omnis Scientia: There seems to be a bit of a hullabaloo between you two in the revision history on the issue of what articles to link in § See also. May I suggest discussing it here instead of waging an edit war? I'm for listing the All-Girls and National leagues, since they were the pre-eminent professional women's leagues of their time – the rest that are currently listed are two short-lived professional leagues, and an amateur league. I don't think we need an exhaustive list like this. — AFC Vixen 🦊 15:13, 15 November 2024 (UTC)
- @AFC Vixen, thanks for reaching out. We've already resolved the problem. :) Omnis Scientia (talk) 15:51, 15 November 2024 (UTC)
@Jeff in CA and Omnis Scientia: It seems the issue has not been resolved, because Jeff in CA reverted my edit. I'm wondering why two short-lived professional leagues and an amateur league should be listed in the "See also" section? — AFC Vixen 🦊 17:02, 7 April 2025 (UTC)
- There are several reasons, a few of which are: Readers do indeed find it helpful to access the "See also" links. There is no harm done by having them. All the leagues listed have so far been more successful than the WPBL because they did actually play real games. With regard to LLB, it was the first professional women's baseball league to operate in the U.S. since the All-American Girls Professional Baseball League ceased operations in 1954.
