The female swimmer representing Albania under universality place this year isn’t Nikol Merizaj for Women’s 50 m freestyle, but Kaltra Meça in Women’s 200 m freestyle. Confirmed by the Albanian Swimming Federation and the national Olympic Committee 2A02:3036:263:61E2:2557:A3CA:295C:330D (talk) 13:40, 11 July 2024 (UTC)

Unfortunately, I will have to fail this nomination, as the article seems more of a list article rather than an article you would usually put through the GA process. Most of the article is composed of tables and lists down every competitor that initially qualified for the Games, which leans in more for a list, though the article is well formatted considering it's topic is somewhat niche. Instead of nominating for GAN, I suggest you should nominate this for featured list status, as the article is quite well written.
Though I am quick failing the article, here are some nitpicky comments that can be done for a possible FLC which I am also down to do a further review. :)
- The bolded part of the lead does not have to be bold.
- The first mention of World Aquatics should be wikilinked.
- I feel like the wording of "diversity places" shouldn't be linked to DEI, I suggest you should elaborate on what a diversity place is rather than wikilink it.
- "and some other competitions.", is quite vague.
- "National Olympic Committee" is mentioned again in the relay events section though its acronym was already mentioned beforehand.
- Tables need captions, which allow screen reader software to jump straight to named tables without having to read out all of the text before it each time. Visual captions can be added by putting
|+ caption_text
as the first line of the table code; if that caption would duplicate a nearby section header, you can make it screen-reader-only by putting|+ {{sronly|caption_text}}
instead.
