@Scaledish Thanks for the comment on this draft. It looks like it's currently under review (with acceptance possibly held up by this empty duplicate page it looks like?), and I've been asked not to change the draft in the meantime.

I hear your call for more sources to establish notability however, and have found a few substantial discussions in research by Cornell University's Center for Hospitality Research research, such as the here.^[1] There's some substantial discussion in the "Introduction to Hotel Business", but on a closer look it seems EduGorilla might be a bit of a content farm.^[2] Anyway, I'll keep looking, and even if the article passes the current review, I'm happy to add some extra sources as per your suggestion to further establish notability.
