Should we have an article about.....?

Muriel Cigars?.... I just saw an ad for them on a you tube video about 50s television ads. They seem to have been well known in the United states back then. What do you all think? Advice

I have come across an article Evolve (WWE brand), that seems to duplicate content at WWE Evolve. I didnt think that the brand in itself was notable and have proposed a merge, and in any case the article seems to be less about the brand and more about a tv show. I have found a similar article NXT (WWE brand) that seems less about the brand ad more about the various breakaway tv shows. My question is, are these brand articles legitimate?
