October 1976 issue controversy
[edit]I've heard that the October 1976 issue of Sesame Street magazine was found controversial because the cover shown Cookie Monster eating the World Trade Center with the heading called "Monsters on the Loose!" This was found as something to gripe about 25 years after the magazine's release because of 9/11. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Nderadio96 (talk • contribs) 17:30, 3 December 2012 (UTC)
