Ordering of checkpoints

What's the difference
[edit]The article says: "In 1991, Ukraine as a new independent state inherited the territory and the boundaries of the former Ukrainian SSR. At the time the Russia–Ukraine border was an administrative line, which was not delimited nor demarcated." What's the difference between delimitation and demarcation? Kerch Straight
