Suggestion: Include EU figures from June 2023 Commission report

Hi all, I suggest updating the statistical data in the article using the latest EU renewable energy policy report released by the European Commission in June 2023. This report includes updated figures on adoption rates, targets, and subsidies across member states.

Including this would improve the reliability of the European data and reflect recent policy shifts post-2020. If helpful, I can link the official publication or summarize key statistics.
