"Disqualification" of the Show Jumping Team

The Norwegian Show Jumping Team is listed as having been disqualified. This is incorrect. Altough one of the Rider/Horse combination has been disqualified the team itself finished tenth (this is due to the lowest score of both rounds, in this case two "DQ", being dropped).
