Arrangement of candidates list

The text in this section says that the possible candidates are sorted by age, but they do not appear to be - Hassan Khomeini (the youngest) appears immediately after Hassan Rouhani (the oldest), while Mojtaba Khamenei (the second youngest) appears later. I have tried to put them in the corect order, but the entries keep getting detached from their references. Deceased candidates

Why are they included? They will obviously not be candidates and I don't see the point of including them nor can I think of other pages with similar inclusions of people who could have been candidates, this is for alternate history fiction. Killuminator (talk) 16:34, 23 March 2025 (UTC)[reply]
