A Load of POC!

This article exemplifies the worst of Wiki's western based POC (Politically Oriented Crap). Almost nothing noted is applicable. The actual project is a "run of the river" without much impoundment, utilising a long tunnel to the powerhouse near the Indian border. There would be minimal environmental impact or resettlement. The main economic impediments are the extra long transmission lines required to load centres.
