Chart Format
[edit]So, I've decided to redesign the chart list of the number one rock songs, but it seems like we are in a dispute here.
First of all, I want to change the table from this:

So How do you think it will turn out? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 70Jack90 (talk • contribs)
- Yes, I objected to the change. Your versions adds a huge amount of blank space in any entries that span many weeks (which happens frequently on the chart.) I think it looks worse. The only counter-argument you’ve provided so far was in the name of “standardization”, but I haven’t seen any real effort on that other than you doing it to a couple of charts recently, and I’m not aware of any WP:CONSENSUS supporting one format over another. - I am in agreement with Sergecross73 here. You've got a full decade of songs in the list, so conciseness should be heavily considered. This is not as big of a deal for "by year" lists of number ones. I'm reverting the 90s and 2000s lists that were changed. StarcheerspeaksnewslostwarsTalk to me 00:18, 27 November 2018 (UTC)
