FWIW, changed this statement:

The interior Road system of Village is Massive but is Underdeveloped due to political negligence and Political Beliefs. The interior Roads include:

to the slightly less POV:

The internal road system of the village is very large, but is considered underdeveloped. Some ascribe this to administrative negligence due to political bias.

and added a POV statement tag saying:"Have toned this statement down from previous, but may be better to take out ALL alleged motivations. Just stick to the plain fact, if any, of the roads' poor condition - or remove statement altogether."
