Ontology issue

Both the ja and zh versions of this page refer to the broader concept of "fungus-containing food starter cultures" in general, without much differentiating wrt genus, purpose, or locale. They both agree that the Chinese qu and the Japanese koji belong on the same page. Artoria2e5 🌉 18:35, 6 March 2025 (UTC)[reply]
