Draft talk:John James (businessman and philanthropist) - how to improve

I am at a loss to understand how to improve this article - can anyone help please?

On my own userpage I have declared what could be a potential conflict of interest in that I am employed as the archivist for the John James Bristol Foundation. I am preparing the contents of this archive for donation to Bristol Archives who are extremely interested in taking this but I am NOT being paid to write a Wikipedia article.

I have tried to write this article as neutrally as possible but any suggestions would be gratefully received.
