Hey, sorry if I'm not following the correct format here. Just telling you that "dimished" isn't a word, and I'm not sure if that last sentence is grammatically correct. I understand why the page is protected, so I'm hoping someone else can fix the errors. 2600:1702:4EB3:FA90:EE7F:3EC7:8023:4546 (talk) 18:13, 30 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Would recommend updating Jay-Z's main photo shown on the top of the page from the 2011 one to a more recent one, pulled from his Instagram or somewhere else. Currently, the image is 14 years dated. 73.157.54.48 (talk) 07:25, 26 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]
Not done for now: see WP:Image Use Policy, we can't just pull photos from Instagram, there are copyright issues. I took a brief look through on Wikimedia but don't see anything better. If you are aware of a more up-to-date image with appropriate licensing please follow the instructions on the image use policy page to upload it, and reopen this request then Cannolis (talk) 07:58, 26 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]
Which one? Rapper, businessman, and record executive mentioned in lead. Rest other occupation(s) implicitly supported in body of the article. For explicit confirmation, you can check people.com, (a generally reliable source) which mentioned other occupation(s) such as songwriter, media proprietor and entrepreneur. Hope, that answer your query. Thanks. Callmehelper (talk) 15:07, 9 July 2025 (UTC)[reply]
