Hello, I am requesting a flag instead in the edit requests because it is complicated for me, anyways so, I request the flag for Jammu and Kashmir on the page to be the flag of the princely state, the one that was used until 1953, under the flag it should say "Flag of Jammu and Kashmir (Disputed flag)". Proposal: Redirect Jammu and Kashmir to Jammu and Kashmir (union territory)

I propose that the page Jammu and Kashmir should redirect to Jammu and Kashmir (union territory), as that is the current official entity most commonly associated with the term.

To address historical and alternative uses (such as the former state, the princely state, and general regional references), we already have a disambiguation page at Jammu and Kashmir (disambiguation).

Strong oppose The dab page in place is historically comprehensive with respect to the usage of the term in the scholarly literature. This RM is a waste of time, and borders on disruption.
