Merger proposal
[edit]I propose that Most wickets in South Africa Vs India Test Series 2018 be merged into Indian cricket team in South Africa in 2017–18. I don't think the article does do much to warrant a standalone article. Similarly, a table for most runs can also be added if required. MT TrainDiscuss 13:32, 22 January 2018 (UTC)
- A summary of the most wickets will go in the infobox at the end of the series (which is the standard practice for all these articles). A similar article by the same author has already been redirected. I will be bold and do the same with the other one. Both fail WP:NOTSTATS and would be deleted via the normal process. Thanks. - Oppose as Wikipedia is not a stats database for content that is easily accessible by reliable sites such as ESPNCricinfo. Ajf773 (talk) 03:40, 23 January 2018 (UTC)
