Now I think she meets the criteria at WP:BIO. As musician, she had a single on Japanese national music chart. She has appeared in many stage events and live performances in Japan and China. The ALT0 hook is somewhat interesting but not worded well; it doesn't mention Twitter and could use some editing. I have provided an edited version of ALT1 which I think reads well.
