I wrote this article rapidly because I wanted this topic to have an article in Wikipedia, however the current might not be the most appropriate title for the article. Maybe "Gagauz conflict" could be better. I incite discussion to take place here in the future. Super Dromaeosaurus (talk) 19:34, 27 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]
To be honest, i really think this article shouldon't exist. The Gagauz Republic was peacefully integrated into moldova in 1995, with no indirect or direct conflict between the 2 entities happening. Just a few policemen died as it says in the casualities, so there's really no reason to the existence of this article, other than explaining the proccess of reintegration of Gagauzia into moldova. There were clashes between Moldovan police and Gagauz militas, there was a noteworthy Gagauz Budjak Battalion whose leader was an important Gagauz political figure, and there was some kind of march by Moldovan nationalists into Gagauzia which raised tensions [1]. And anyway "conflicts" don't have to be only of military action, politics are involved too. But feel free to AfD if you think the article should not exist. SuperΨDro22:02, 29 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
