1973 ladies' silver medallist Jean Scott links to a person also called Jean Scott (a gambling authority), this is a different person and not the one who gained the 1973 medal. Unfortunately I am not sure how to remove the link and do not want 'to muck anything up' by trying to do so. quizologist (talk) 10:21, 31 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for the alert! I've created a disambiguation link to Jean Scott (figure skater). Kolindigo (talk) 02:32, 1 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Disqualification of Kamila Valieva

[edit]

Hi @User:Hyperion82! Do we know for a fact that Shcherbakova, Trusova and Hendrickx are all going to be "promoted"? The ISU (I assume this is for the ISU to settle?) might decide that there is no gold medallist of 2022 and everyone stays in her place? I don't think this is what will happen, but do we have official confirmation yet? (Referring to this edit.) -- Mushushu (talk) 14:50, 29 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Hello! I guess you're right - it's better to wait till ISU's decision. I restored previous version of this page Hyperion82 (talk) 15:42, 29 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks! It turns out you were right, though – here's confirmation: https://isu.org/inside-isu/legal/eligibility-statements/33138-isu-statement-cas-decision-kamila-valieva-roc/file Mushushu (talk) 12:15, 30 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
