Form of the name in the original language?
[edit]The standard approach for a Wikipedia article is to give the original name/term in the lede in such a situation. Judging from the article, the subject's native language may not be known, but obviously his name must have been written down in some language, and in any case the official languages of the Mughal Empire were Persian and Hindustani (conveniently, there are also articles about him on the Hindi, Urdu and Persian Wikipedias). 62.73.72.3 (talk) 22:12, 10 January 2025 (UTC)
