This article seems to be about bibliographies as in the catalogs of references to documents. It should be noted that "bibliography" refers to at least two different concepts:

bibliography (Q134995): the discipline or academic study (see bibliography or cataloging); also known as "bibliology"
bibliography (Q1631107): a catalog of references to documents (especially published literature); sometimes printed in publications but also available in index card catalogs, and online databases

The first is a general concept (a mass noun). The second is metadata work (a count noun). 50.53.1.33 (talk) 14:22, 10 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]
