Good afternoon, I have just redirected the page from "Aimara kingdoms" to "Aimara lordships". The main reason is that, although according to the article there may be an academic group that refers to these units as "kingdoms", the truth is that there is a greater academic consensus to classify them as "lordships". The reason for this is that these lordships, although they had political authorities, were not dynastic groups of some kind of monarchy. In fact, they were governed by Lords or Malkus partially elected for their prestige or wealth (it is not known exactly how but that is beyond the point). Regards.--Rolodaro (talk) 12:57, 29 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]
The flag will be removed because this flag is highly controversial and inaccurate. In Bolivia itself, the veracity of this flag is being doubted and it is even more doubtful that something like this was used by the Aymara kingdoms from so early on. This flag seems to be more of a modern invented tradition than anything else. Perhaps an addendum on this topic could be used at the end of the article or this controversy could be discussed in wiphala --Rolodaro (talk) 13:02, 29 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]
