Too small to need to be separated, and limited in coverage at the moment so may not meet notability requirements. Target article has plenty of room, even with the infobox and track listing. QuietHere (talk | contributions) 15:38, 18 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Oppose: Article has since expanded quite a bit and definitely has enough to stand alone now. CAMERAwMUSTACHE (talk) 00:07, 22 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Withdrawn: Article has expanded significantly since this proposal. Completely forgot I had even made this and came here to vote against it. QuietHere (talk | contributions) 13:33, 23 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]

'Judas'

[edit]

The call from the audience of 'Judas' (regarding Dylan's switch to electric guitar) at the Newport Folk Festival was rewritten history. The actual call, well documented and filmed, was from an audience member when Dylan was playing in Manchester, England.

This disappointing rewriting of history in a US-produced film is reminiscent of the film, 'Enigma' (2001), which doesn't give credit to the English mathematician, Alan Turing, or the Polish cryptanalysts who actual broke the WWII Enigma code at Bletchley Park, England, suggesting instead that the code was broken by US-ians. 109.148.85.44 (talk) 21:48, 13 February 2025 (UTC)[reply]

WP:NOTFORUM the purpose of Wikipedia talk pages is to discuss how to improve the encyclopedia article, it is not a forum to discuss the film itself. If you have reliable sources that discuss the historical inaccuracies then please show them. If you have specific suggestions about parts of the article that could be improved then say so. The critical response section already points out the historical inaccuracy of this film, but you can still suggest specific changes or more details that you think might be useful to add. -- 109.78.196.17 (talk) 17:00, 17 February 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Another critique

[edit]

There are lots of critiques listed in the article, so I don't know if this one in Esquire should be added, but I found it informative: https://newrepublic.com/article/190907/bob-dylan-complete-unknown?vgo_ee=OI89L6dMnifMyLG9kErEabeRasQhyiZJ%2FvgiJgWnqpbJnA%3D%3D%3A7OM8vVBryt7u%2Bd%2FSjGwvzISg2rn1%2BxkK what say ye?Kdammers (talk) 19:08, 1 March 2025 (UTC)[reply]
