Macarton Louis Nickson (born 19 March 2004) is an Indian professional footballer who plays as a defensive midfielder for both the Indian Super League club NorthEast United and the India national team.[1]
Club career
[edit]Nickson plays for the Indian Super League club NorthEast United FC as a defensive midfielder. He won the 2024 Durand Cup with NorthEast United.[2]
International career
[edit]On 22 March 2025, the then India national team head coach Manolo Márquez announced Nickson's inclusion in the squad for the third round of AFC Asian Cup qualification matches. [3]
