Help with broken AfC category injection

Hello! I’ve submitted this draft using the {{AFC submission|ts=12:00, 30 April 2025 (UTC)}} template, but a malformed category keeps appearing at the bottom: [[Category:AfC submissions by date/<0030Wed...]]

I’ve removed and re-added the template several times, cleared out old references, and confirmed the URL format is correct. Can someone from the AfC team please reprocess or manually reset the submission template?

@Ralphkerle: I'll restore the templates – please do not edit them again (the line saying "Do not remove" refers to the entire template, not to the hidden comment!).
