SaaSJet is a software development company founded in 2018 in Ternopil, Ukraine, with a globally distributed team and offices in Ukraine and Poland.[1] The company develops apps for team productivity, performance, and workflow optimisation, particularly for Jira Cloud and Jira Data Center.
History
[edit]SaaSJet began as an Atlassian Marketplace app vendor and released its first app, Time in Status, in 2018.[2] The app measures how long issues remain in Jira workflow statuses. The company initially focused on Jira apps for project management. Over time, the company expanded into tools for issue history reporting, SLA management, cost reporting, process automation, etc.
By 2022, SaaSJet began publishing apps for monday.com,[3] Google Workspace,[4] Chrome Web Store,[5], Azure DevOps[6] and other marketplaces.
Recognition milestones:
- 2024 – Achieved SOC 2 Type 2 compliance[8] and won First Place at Atlassian Codegeist 2024 for the Campaign Analyzer app.[9]
- 2025 – Recognised as Atlassian Partner of the Year 2024–2025: Cloud Transformation Apps[10] and retained Platinum Marketplace Partner status.[11] [12]

- Time & Cost Tracker for Jira – Combines time tracking with cost and earned value reporting.
A sub-brand, SaaSJet Studios, publishes specialised Jira apps including HR data tools, JQL filters, mention dashboards, and audit logs.[13]
