Qualiwatt was established by the Union Financière pour les Économies d’Énergie (UFEE), a financial structure created by the Benezra family. The company is led by Henri Benezra, an entrepreneur known for selling his previous company, Groupe HGT, to Bouygues Telecom.[1]

Henri Benezra is also the founder of SnatchBot, an online platform specializing in artificial intelligence (AI) for creating chatbots and virtual assistants. Founded in 2015, SnatchBot has become a significant player in conversational AI, providing businesses with solutions for automated communication and customer interaction.

A recent study published by Hello Watt highlights significant price variations in photovoltaic system installations depending on market players, with costs ranging from €12,000 to nearly €30,000.[2]

Qualiwatt.pro operates as a B2B distributor of solar equipment, serving clients across France and Europe. The platform provides a wide range of products for professionals in the renewable energy sector and is an official distributor of brands such as:
