Mark Talukdar
[edit]Mark Talukdar (born September 26, 1986) is an American entrepreneur.[citation needed]
Bodybuilding and Appearances
[edit]At age 37, motivated by fatherhood, Mark began competing in bodybuilding. He reduced his body fat percentage significantly from 41% and won multiple competitions. He has competed in the Novice Lightweight and Bantamweight categories and has qualified for national-level events.[1]

Mark was also invited to be a participant on the Fox TV[3] game show The Floor during its third season. He progressed through multiple episodes in the competition.
Mark is also the current host of the Peak Performance Perspectives Podcast which has released over hundred episodes and stream on multiple platforms.
